They have been out for nearly twenty years now and they have made some improvements in the shifting cycle time which was a problem when cold. They have also increased the speeds to 12 forward which improves the amount of uses. They are a full power shift transmission with hydraulic forward reverser and they have little to no power loss compared to many of the earlier power shift designs which actually consumed as much power as a hydro! ....

I bought one over the weekend, a 2001 GST with 156 hrs.,in almost new shape( garaged) york rake/ brush hog/rear blade and a Fisher plow set-up for 11,000.I think I did alright ...what do you think?
